Just a one night stay on our way home from Hannover, we arrived early evening and the 'check in' seemed very abrupt, we were even told what time we should go for dinner! The rooms were adequate which is what should be expected at hotels in this category, but fitted our needs. Once downstairs things became clearer, the hotel was busy with a (large) pre-booked party. The girls who were waiting tables were very pleasant, explaining the situation. Dinner was absolutely excellent and I must give a big shout out to Aysu who was such a joy and extremely pleasant while serving and indulging us in conversation. Breakfast was extensive and delicious, very well laid out in these Covid times to give maximum space. We pick this place 'from the hat' but would be happy to use it again.

Das Essen bei der Hochzeit war unbeschreiblich köstlich und von allerhöchster Qualität!!!! Zuerst wurden allerfeinste "Kleinigkeiten" (Fingerfood) serviert. Jedes Häppchen war ein absoluter Hochgenuss. Die Vielfalt, der Geschmack und nicht zuletzt das Aussehen waren ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, das für mich nie enden wollte, aber leider musste ich dem Geschmackerlebnis, nach ca. 20 Stk. entsagen ;)!! Das warme Buffett lies keinen Wunsch offen, egal ob die Rindersteaks, die Pute, das Schweinefilet - alles war sehr zart und und auf den Punkt gegrillt - herrlich! Ebenso die Fische, ob Scampi oder Fischfilet, Spaghetti aglio e olio con peperoncino, die im Parmesamlaib geschmacklich abgerundet wurden, das leckere Gemüse - alles perfekt und geschmacklich wunder-wunderbar!!! Selbst beim Nachspeisenbuffett konnte ich auf keines, der köstlichen Variationen verzichten. Diesen kulinarischen Genuss sollte niemand versäumen - ein TRAUM!!! ABSOLUTE EMPFEHLUNG !!!!!!
