Loin d'être mémorable!
La politique d'annulation s'est avérée être un véritable casse-tête, et le personnel, bien qu'aimable, semblait naviguer dans une mer de confusion chaque fois que des questions étaient posées.
Essayez d'envoyer un e-mail à la direction, et vous serez accueilli par un silence assourdissant. La communication semble être une notion trop complexe à maîtriser pour votre établissement.
J'ai sollicité un remboursement total ou parciel en raison de circonstances particulières: l'établissement ferme ses portes après 20h30, et je prévoyais une arrivée tardive dans la nuit. Non seulement ma demande a été refusée, mais le sentiment de m'être fait voler (208,56e) est indéniable.
Ajoutez à cela j'ai contacté l'établissement seulement apres 10 minutes de la réservation.
Le personnel semble perdu et incapable de traiter des situations simples, et la direction est apparemment inaccessible...
