The hotel is quite old but one of the hotel which has best facilities in Phú Thọ province. The view is also awesome! Had good experience in here ☺️

I had stayed in this hotel last pandemic time during my quarantine days though it was on a different location. For this stay, my daughter had fun with the swimming pool area and she wanted to go back because of that. Generally, we had a great stay though it's too short.

Front desk was helpful. Language barrier was a concern with limited english that the staffs could speak but they were overall friendly and helpful. Perhaps can improve on the room service menu as alot of items were not available during my period of stay. Cheers!

It’s far from the general city. Quite expensive grab ride from the airport. It’s a small quiet town. Getting a grab in town was difficult. Hotel was nice, clean and friendly staff. It was a comfortable stay.

Everything is perfect. Becom Plaza is right in front, and I rode a cart in the square. Everything was taken care of nearby. The breakfast was also the best.

The room was spacious and in a great location, opposite a large plaza and shopping center, making it very convenient for dining, accommodation, and sightseeing. In particular, the lovely female staff member was incredibly helpful. After we checked out, she proactively booked a taxi for us, waiving the hotel's service fee and using her personal account to book the taxi for us. We are very grateful and would highly recommend her!

My impression used to be okay! Now it's terrible. The kettle is so rusty, and this is supposed to be an executive deluxe room! I'm so disappointed. The breakfast is even worse; it's so expensive, but there's absolutely no equivalent compensation.
