Warm welcome as always...free upgrade very welcome...renovated room, comfortable and quiet...super breakfast regarding the dessert buffet, the only flaw is the hot drinks from the vending machine...free parking and spectacular view...we come back every time a lot I'd love that!

Hi I was given a room overlooking the commercial port of Salerno despite the room having a partial view of the sea, so a disappoin**ent then the beach service needs to improve a lot they also let people in who are not staying at the hotel so there is more for not to mention the beach staff who do a ****** all day to sell the sunbeds they don't even give time for the customer to get up from the sunbed and sell it to another who arrives. The bar service a cashier and the line in the sun waiting without taking care of the customer I will never go back to this structure

L’hôtel est confortable le personnel tout à fait charmant et de bon conseil. La vue sur le port de commerce et sur mer est sympathique mais il y a un gros « loup » : au pied de l’hôtel il y a une boîte de nuit à ciel ouvert qui fait de vid nuits un enfer lorsqu’elle est ouverte !

This hotel was NOT as advertised. There are photos of a pool but even the staff admit there hasn’t been a pool for a few years. We paid for a deluxe SEA VIEW and had a room overlooking the parking lot and a shipyard, granted the ships were in the sea so technically we were, in fact, viewing the sea. The room was adequate except for the fact that the air conditioner was controlled by the front desk and the shower door would only close tightly from the outside. So the first time we used it we flooded the bathroom and bedroom. The location is very close to town and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is atrocious with mostly raw bacon and barely cooked scrambled eggs. You have to stand in line to make your own cappuccino and if you ask for anything the breakfast staff are very unhappy to help. The maid service is inadequate despite leaving tips and requests in Italian. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
