I am often traveling but I have never experienced it like this, sleepless night due to mosquitoes, request for hot air due to the cold they didn't know how to turn it on, rudeness of the dinner waiter and inability of the evening chef to prepare a plate of heated rice paid 50 euros, railings rusty, the beautiful thing is the view

The only positive thing is the location it was in. I found the hotel old, 0 comfort pipe noises all night. The most serious thing was when we woke up like a nightmare, we didn't find our car parked in their car park, as it was stolen from us. The staff was not at all understanding of what happened, not even a manager of the facility was present, and we did not even have any feedback from the video surveillance cameras since they were deactivated. I don't recommend parking your car in the hotel car park at all... after making a complaint they tell us that it's not the first time this has happened.

Fantastic location for the rooms directly overlooking the sea lulled by the surf. Before booking, find out if parties with music are planned because then the silence of the rooms is seriously compromised as happened during my stay.

Excellent location, practically on a cliff overlooking the sea; helpful and kind staff: we got the room earlier than expected! Even though we went during a very low season, the breakfast was good. They have a private car park and this, there in Vietri, is very important.

This hotel had the most amazing view and accommodating staff. Very clean room with balcony over the Mediterranean. Close to restaurants, beach and everything you need. On site restaurant was good too.

Excellent location but dusty rooms, dirty bathroom and minibar. We reported the lack of bed quilts/duvets but they were not provided. Upon returning from our tours, around midnight, we once again reported the absence of quilts that were provided to us but we had to make the beds ourselves. Mediocre breakfast buffet. Courteous staff.
