Es hat uns wie immer sehr gut gefallen,einzige Anmerkung das Essen war teilweise nur lauwarm oder fast kalt. Es wäre auch schön, wenn man nicht pünktlich zur Öffnung des Speisesalz kommt, dass das Vorspeisenbuffet nicht fast leergeräumt ist und nicht wieder aufgefüllt wurde. Traurig bin ich, dass man uns Geburtstagsgutscheine über 50 € zuschickt (über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben), die aber nicht von der Rechnung abgezogen wurden. Dann sollte man lieber keine Geburtstagsgutscheine versenden. Auf jeden Fall werden wir natürlich wiederkommen in unser Präsident. Viele Grüße aus Hamburg Manfred und Barbara Schröder, Zimmer 526

Der Charme eines Grandhotels umgeben von einer nostalgischen Dirty Dancing Atmosphäre. Ob in der Früh im weißen Dinner Jackett , oder Abends mit schwarzem Jackett, Kummerbund und Fliege, erfüllen einem die Ober jeden Wunsch und bieten die absolute Perfektion an Gastfreundschaft. Christian verwöhnt seine Gäste schon morgens beim Frühstück mit seiner unglaublich professionellen Kunst des Services. Anselmo, ein Meister seines Fachs, der auch ausgezeichnet den Butler von Downton Abbey doubeln könnte, verleiht dem Abend schon fast einen royalen Flair. Unser Sohn wurde von unsere Kellnerin, Tina jeden Tag mütterlich umsorgt und verabschiedet wie ihr eigener Sohn. Alles was fehlt ist Patrick Swayze, der mit seiner „Baby“ zu „Time of my Life“ Salsa tanzt, oder die englische Adelsfamilie Crawley, die sich Abends von Anselmo zum Tisch begleiten lassen. Das Lob gilt wirklich dem gesamten Personal. Selten, das in einem Hotel eine so stimmige Arbeits-Dynamik herrscht. Nie von oben herab, immer im Interesse des Gastes. Die Zimmer sind perfekt, das Essen ausgezeichnet. Das besonders saubere und herrliche, immer 34 Grad warme Wasser eine wahre Wohltat. Ein Bademeister, der sehr gewissenhaft seine Aufsicht erfüllt und allen Badegästen stets zur Seite steht. Für uns war es wieder einmal „The Time of my Life“! Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Urlaub!!

Camera confortevole e spaziosa con letto matrimoniale grande, bagno in marmo, e balcone con tavolo e sedie. Arredo e mobili antichi. Sembrava di tornare indietro nel tempo. Personale discreto ma molto disponibile. Colazione abbondante. A cena grande varietà di cibo, con buffet di antipasti e frutta / dolci. Piscine termali ben tenute.

5 stelle meritate, accoglienza al superlativo, area benessere molto bella. Pulizia camere impeccabile e la cucina eccezionale. Camerieri attenti ai dettagli, in modo particolare Mauro . Ci tornerò sicuramente perché mi sono innamorata di questo albergo.

Abbiamo voluto ripetere l'esperienza della cura termale e ci è venuto un solo nome: l'Hotel President. Ci aveva colpito la semplicità e la familiarità con la quale un hotel a 5 stelle può accogliere gli ospiti. Una raffinatezza mai urlata ma sempre discreta e presente. Una gentilezza del rapporto con il personale alberghiero disponibile e amichevole. Una ristorazione che trova nell'eccellenza del cibo e nella simpatia del personale i suoi punti di forza. E poi le cure termali, con una puntualità e una competenza alle quali non si può chiedere di più, così come allo staff medico. Non sono un "azionista" del Gruppo, semplicemente un cliente soddisfatto che certamente tornerà.

Siamo stati ospiti l'ultima volta ad agosto ma andiamo anche durante l'anno per qualche weekend di relax. Personale cordiale e disponibile, pulizia al top, posizione tranquilla ma comoda per il centro, camere dotate di ogni comfort e cibo eccellente.
