Taps were not working no dental kits and soaps were arranged no service even after asking ac was not working very bad response

The room is very congested and there are no cupboards for keeping the luggage. The corridor is very narrow and there is no proper ventilation. Not comfortable stay

Ac is not working and moreover a lot of cockroaches endha, hotel room and bedsheets are the worst. You could see a lot of marks on the bedsheets.

I really feel worst. 1) sizes of the room is very small
2) torn-ed bed sheets 3) lot of cockroaches 4) it’s smelling like tell when we enter into the room and habituated after that. 5) too small washroom. When i complained about room, they said we have only these rooms under standard category. The engineer and the owner must be crazy while planning the room. But the breakfast is fine. The reception staff responds was good. I should appreciate the reception staff and restaurant staff.

Room size is very small and so is the bed (in standard. There were no napkins or tissues. Ac worked perfect for the hot weather here. Noisy floor and someone smoking on the floor corridor, clearly made its way into the rooms.

The hotel is located on the main road of vijayawada, there no car parking, no room service, when i checked in i asked for room service for which they told me kitchen is 40 min away from the stay, i was assigned room no 3008 which was in third floor the lift was only for 2persons, 3rd floor walk way is very narrow and was under maintenance after entering the room we found that there is no sanitation pillows were in yellow colour, ac was not working, the wardrobes, head board, side lamps were dirty.
