My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre.
Appreciated to all the staff very easy to communicate and helpfull
The front desk ***ager.. Mr. Pritam and staf, The restaurant ***ager Mr Sanjib n Staffs..Sourav, Ripul, Rajesh, Ritu and Kalyania..very helpful and friendly...Security Supervisor Mr Sunil and staf Sivashanker..done great job ..almost lost my ZFold phone but they ***age to get..Kudos to ViVanta..next visit on April 24..meet you all then..Thank you..

The facilities were relatively clean, the staff were friendly and friendly, the soundproofing was a bit lacking, and the food at the hotel restaurant was a bit disappointing.

Flush didn't work on check-in, AC didn't work as expected throughout the stay, corridor smells of cigarette smoke. Called up room service for change of room but was offered a room which had the same AC issue. I dont even want to talk about the balcony view, had to keep the curtains closed. For getting the In-room dining menu, scan a QR code, click on an advertisement and then progress to the menu. All of these are 'basic' for a 5 star hotel and the guests need not ask for them but in my case, even after I asked, there was not much help.

one must visit vijayawada.during that time we have to stay in this property . i feel there is no option apart from this hotel. other brands are there, but maintenance is like a local lodging or hotel. this is as per the hotel industry standards. new lobby is very good . every one of this hotel is very good. food is good. lovely place to stay

We overall had an amazing experience. Thank you! Chef Nayak is brilliant. Food was outstanding. Attention to serving the details is commendable. We would love to visit again. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. Must visit in my list of Taj groups of hotels.

It was a very comfortable stay for 3 days. Special thanks to Pritam for arranging the hot water bottle, as i was struggling with neck pain. Also the new look of the lobby and the Mynt restaurant is too good. The food was also very nice. Overall, a very nice experience. Happy staying!!!!

I would rate the hotel 10 on 10 on multiple parameters - hospitality- right from check in at the reception, to room service to housekeeping to facilities to restaurant services to check out to moving out from the hotel- every service aspect seems to have been planned in detail as without that the experiences as shared above by me would not be so awesome. I have stayed multiple times at the property and have enjoyed my stays everytime. The place is highly recommended for anyone visiting Vijayawada.

Comfortable, pleasant and peaceful experience. It’s a home away from home. Nice location, easy and in the heart of the city. Staff go the extra mile to make sure there is no inconvenience.

Food is not worth the price and does not taste good. Dinner is abysmal just two items are good among the whole spread. Breakfast is ok The hotel is not worth the price, Novotel is well-maintained at the same price level. I will not ever revisit this hotel. The hotel is not Taj Standard in any way.
