My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre. Mr. Pritam and staf, The restaurant ***ager Mr Sanjib n Staffs..Sourav, Ripul, Rajesh, Ritu and Kalyania..very helpful and friendly...Security Supervisor Mr Sunil and staf Sivashanker..done great job ..almost lost my ZFold phone but they ***age to get..Kudos to ViVanta..next visit on April 24..meet you all then..Thank you..

The hotel is located at a prime location and hence could be located easily…..cabs were easily accessible from this location…..The food was good…..The room was maintained neatly and had a good city view…..Toiletries and towels were provided…..Staffs were polite and customer-friendly……recommended

A special shout-out to the fantastic staff, especially harsha and howsalya at the reception, who were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure i had everything i needed and ensured that check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. They have taken a conscious effort to reduce plastic usage, which is something i greatly appreciated. Instead of plastic water bottles, they provided water in elegant glass bottles, and all the toiletries were eco-friendly, with no plastic packaging. The breakfast offered was nothing short of amazing. There was a wide variety of options, from local delicacies to more continental choices, ensuring that all guests could find something to their taste. It was the perfect way to start my day. The travel desk was also extremely helpful, arranging a taxi for me to explore nearby places without any difficulty. Additionally, the hotel arranged a convenient pick-and-drop service to the airport. For my early morning flight, they even packed food for the journey, which was a thoughtful touch. M5 hotel is the best hotel in Vijayawada Staff is very cooperative . Breakfast and lunch is very nice . The hotel room was clean and nice and specious. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city and it’s near Benz circle . Friendly welcoming front office staff Mr. Kalyan and Hari Krishna.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and the room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean with a great view of airport.
