A localização extraordinária, seja no acesso à praia, seja na ida ao centro da vila, bom atendimento e uma oferta diversificada na restauração do hotel. Tuso isto, aliada à simpatia e disponibilidade do staff, permitiram-nos desfrutar de umas férias inscríveis. Recomendo.

O staff do restaurante era super simpático, o que tornou a nossa estadia incrível, visto que estávamos numa despedida de solteira. Ainda assim, não venham enganados pois não está tudo incluido realmente, como seria suposto, há horas de refeições e coisas no menu a que as pessoas com o TI não têm direito. Nada do mini bar está incluido, temos que trazer água para os quartos. Por outro lado, a limpeza dos quartos deixa a desejar (imenso cotão debaixo das camas), as toalhas de praia são pequenas e velhas. A comida do buffet é boa e variada. Boa qualidade e bem temperada. A Dona Gracinda, o Sr Pedro, e a D. Sofia, são incríveis. Simpáticos e divertidos. A piscina é pequena e feia, antiquada, e tem um pato que vive lá.

The room we had was pretty large actually. We had a partial sea view with a small balcony. The issue I had with the room was that there weren’t many outlets. We had to unplug the bedside lights in order to plug in our mobile phones. It would be nice if they added some extension cords. The pool and sun deck was nice. It’s right on the ocean with a nice sandy beach. The breakfast was good with quite a lot of variety. The pizza bar had amazing pizza.

Location is great, walking distance to the village and situated on the beach. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms have showers only. Hotel is a bit dated but still very acceptable. Breakfast is more on the continental breakfast type. Restaurant has windows facing the sea. Great hotel because dinners are okay. So you do not have to venture out. Village is close by so an ideal place to discover the village and beach.

As almofadas são um pouco altas ,mas é uma questão de gosto pessoal, o quarto limpo arrumado todos os dias, o staff correto e simpático. A localização a melhor. O pequeno almoço bastante variado. O restaurante pizza na areia muito bom . Obrigada

The Hotel is well located, clean and organized, the rooms are impeccable and clean. The reception was fantastic the day I arrived, excellent service and friendliness, I loved the efficiency and speed and with a beautiful smile on my face.... It's just a shame the restaurant STAFF didn't have a smile on their faces Unfortunately what I didn't like was at the Pizza N'Areia restaurant the service at lunch on Saturday 05/04 we waited 20 minutes and were not served, they were serving other customers who arrived after us and they cleaned tables and tables but they never came to my table When I went to the bar to ask why?, to my surprise I didn't hear an apology nor did the table accompany me Taking this problem away from this restaurant I can say that the Hotel is spectacular I will go back to the restaurant Pizza N'Areia I won't be going. Thank you to the hotel staff, from reception to the cleaning girls in the rooms and to the staff at the pool and breakfast restaurant. Thank you very much

While having a month long stay in Funchal, I visited the ticket office for the Porto Santo ferry to look an options for an overnight stay on the island. Learned ferry does not go on Tuesdays so booked Sunday morning with return on Monday evening ferry. Booked this hotel with a sea view room with twin beds. The ticket agent called the hotel and made the booking. Once we arrived at the hotel, we were told the seaview rooms do not offer twin beds, only the standard rooms and side sea view rooms did. Odd that the ticket agent in Funchal did not know this. The hotel was not overly busy in late March. Beach access is fantastic and we walked from shuttle bus that drops you in town to the hotel. Breakfast was not overly ambitious. We walked down beach for dinner at a beach restaurant that was mediocre.
