A very nice hotel and very friendly staff. In the end we didn't go to the spa because we arrived a little late from the trekking routes. Spectacular breakfast, buffet style and everything was really good. The very quiet place. Huge beds, I have rested like I haven't in a long time. I certainly plan to return.

We mistakenly booked the hotel in the wrong area, and a non-refundable reservation. A minute after the reservation we requested to cancel through the website where we made the booking - but a few hours later we received a refusal from the hotel - that is - they took money without our stay
We have no way to really rate this hotel. It can be excellent and it can be bad

The service at the reception is good, what we noticed was the inexperience of the staff in the restaurant and bar, but it seems to us that this is due to a lack of training. They were friendly and tried hard to please, but with reduced staff, requests could not be met. For example: we ordered four nails on bread and it took 1 hour to prepare, with constant apologies in between. This incident cannot be blamed on employees.

Hotel situado num lugar calmo. Pessoal simpático e atencioso. Quartos espaçosos com uma boa cama e boas almofadas. Piscina interior em tamanho qb e um bom jacuzzi e banho turco. Muito bom pequeno almoço Pena que os preços praticados ao fim de semana são bem mais caros que à semana.
