Upon my arrival, I immediately noticed the presence of roaches in the room. I promptly informed the staff, requesting immediate action to address the issue. However, the response I received was dismissive, with the staff member saying, "roaches are going to the river." Subsequently, I returned home at night in a worse state. Not only was there a consistent dripping sound from the water, suggesting a plumbing issue, but I also encountered numerous BIG and small roaches throughout the premises. Despite my attempts to seek assistance from the lobby, there was no staff present initially, exacerbating my frustration. When a member of the restaurant staff and lobby desk staff eventually came, their response was equally inadequate. Rather than addressing the pest problem effectively, I was informed that any treatment would agitate the roaches further, exacerbating the situation. As a paying guest who chose this establishment based on its reputation for luxury and quality, I am deeply disappointed by the substandard conditions I have encountered. I complained and showed the videos and photos and they said they cant compensate anything. Just refund the next day room and get new hotel.
