Nice and clean quiet just a little old

Check-in - - - good luck. The two addresses for checking in took us on a frustrating hour and a half journey. First to a closed up office in town. I was lucky to run into a nice local resident who helped me find the second address I was given. This took me to a beach restaurant. The manager there directed me to a hotel about a kilometre away where check-in was completed. When I told them about the address problems, they said it was because we booked through a third party - - - I said that they need to communicate with the third party better if they are allowing them to book their rooms. Whatever - - - just give me my key. With check-in complete, we drove to the accommodation. Poor directions from the hotel but we found our way to a pot-hole ridden gravel road down a steep embankment. We almost turned around as we were unsure if it was the correct road. Finally, the room. It was clean, but felt "old". Nothing updated except the windows - - - old kitchen, old bathroom, old bedrooms. Mediocre at best. This place could be "so much more" with its location.

Comfy apar**ent, incredibly quiet. Lush vegetation, a small pool, some wildlife. And you have great beaches not far. Friendly, uncomplicated staff. Super clean. Good wifi. Highly recommended for families or couples.

If you are looking for off the grid, remote, down a 1 mile gravel road with overgrown ****s, you should stay here. It’s nowhere near any services, so bring your own food. I would not suggest driving here at night. When we first went on the road, we thought we were completely lost, but no, it’s that remote. The rooms are old and outdated, and smell like mold. Water out by your deck, so beware of mosquitos. My brother loved the remoteness …. I disliked it and it seemed unsafe to me, being so far off the grid.
