Foi recusado o late check out pelas 12 horas. Com um check out pelas 11 horas e check in pelas 16 horas não se compreende que não seja possível aceitar uma hora de late check out.

This was the second time visiting Laguna Resort, the first was 7 years ago pre children and this time we had our 2 children with us. The accommodation is lovely, very modern and clean, everything you could want and need in a kitchen and bathroom too. Beds were comfy and the balcony was a lovely added bonus. The pool area is really nice with plenty of sunbeds and a baby pool too. Lots of grass area for children to explore, without getting in the way of other guests, there is also a small play park at the front of the resort away from the pool and accommodation. The location is peaceful, about a 30 minute walk to the marina but there are a couple of ways to walk, both are nice and there is also a small tourist train that stops about 10 mins walk away too.

Eines meiner besten Appartements in Portugal. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sauberkeit wird sehr gross geschrieben. Alles da, was es braucht in der Küche. Toller Blick auf den Golfplatz. Grosse Terrasse. Leider war der Pool noch zu kalt und die Bar/Café im Kanuar noch geschlossen. Gerne wieder.

Stayed for a short break mid February. Apar**ents offered everything we needed. Modern decor and great facilities. Within walking distance of Vilamoura. Uber available for roughly €4 to marina. Great break away, would definitely return.

I thought this was a resort but it’s far from, it’s actually very misleading to have that in the title. Its more like individual apar**ents. No friendly staff greeting you and helping with bags, no amenities the bar pool and golf course was closed. I didn’t see one other guest the whole time it felt like I was the only one there but the staff were still quick rush me out as soon as it turned 11. I have to say I’m very disappointed you’re better booking a hotel this is not a resort by any means.

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Der herzliche Empfang und die Betreuung über WhatsApp waren hervorragend. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und schön, und es gab ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Die einzige Kritik wäre, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig waren

The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us.
Rooms were spacious and the view over the golf course lovely.
We were checking out early and the team gave us packed lunch for the day as we wouldn’t make breakfast.
