Nous repensons souvent avec nostalgie à cet endroit merveilleux qu'est Casa Babi. Un bout du monde et une mosaïque enchantée de cette Afrique authentique. Les chambres sont très belles, spacieuses et offrent une vue qui change au gré des moments de la journée mais qui proposent un spectacle vivant dont on ne se lasse pas. L'accueil des hôtes est parfait, les repas délicieux avec une mention très spéciale pour les petits déjeuners. Les animaux font partie du séjour et apportent leur bonne humeur (Milagre ❤️). Bref, un véritable coup de coeur, un coup de bonheur.

excellent accueil dès l'aéroport de la part de DENIS, CASA BABI est une véritable maison d'hôte grâce à SABRINA Les chambres sont simples mais confortables et avec un panorama splendide sur la mer et l'activité maritime des habitants nous avons profiter d'une cuisine gouteuse, renouveler chaque jour avec des produits frais; internet partout seul bémol pour nous :la sortie en mer sur l'ile de SANTA CAROLINA; ce n'était pas du tout ce que nous avions souhaité, grand regret

Des hôtes charmants et compétents, un hébergement très agréable et calme, une cuisine délicieuse; sans oublier la super vue sur la plage et l'océan . Le personnel est aux petits soins. Bref, je recommande Casa Babi sans aucune hésitation.

Nous avons passés 3 jours dans cet établissement, mais concrètement vraiment pas assez. Le cadre est magnifique, la restauration vraiment très bonne, la gentillesse du personnelle et des propriétaires nous avons rencontrées des gens vraiment exceptionnels. Je recommande a 200%.

Superbe endroit à Vilanculos. Les chambres étaient simples mais avec une belle décoration, une grande terrasse surplombant la plage et tout y était (sèche cheveux, safety box, café, peignoirs, produits pour le corps naturels). Excellent petit déjeuner fait maison et excellents dîners également. La propriétaire franco italienne a le sens du détail et de l’accueil et se fera un plaisir d’organiser toutes vos excursions. Centre de plongée attenant. Rapport qualité / prix plus que raisonnable.

On s'installe à coté de la Piscine et puis gr^ce à la situation idéale de Casa Babi on contemple toute la journée les scènes de vie de l'Afrique authentique qui se jouent devant nos yeux. Nous voulions une combinaison de parc naturel splendide et d'expérience africaine et nous avons été servis ! Vilanculos et ses marèes sont magiques, ses habitant le sont tout autant. Ne chercher pas plus loin, posez vos valises à Casa Babi et profitez de tout ce que Sabrina et Denis peuvent vous conseiller à faire dans le coin pour découvrir cette perle du Mozambique. Le séjour à Casa Babi a été parfait. Les chambres sont top avec une vue sur le lever du soleil qu'on perçoit au travers des palmiers. La nourriture faite avec le sourire, en temps réel et en cuisine ouverte est délicieuse. Les vins sont excellents et les activités proposées sont top et en fonction de ce que l'on recherche. Du massage traditionnel au bord de la mer en passant par des plongées sur 2 miles reef ou d'une expérience vraiment authentique avec la population locale. Une réelle immersion en toute sécurité dans l'Afrique profonde rendue accessible grâce au Cocon de Casa Babi et à la bienveillance des habitants de Vilanculos.

Really enjoyed our stay at Casa Babi. For us it was the final stop of our holiday to wind down and relax before we headed for home. The positives are many. The food is of a high standard and plentiful. The staff were friendly and attentive. The setting is beautiful - right on the beach. We stayed in the tucul, which suited us being a family. The little thatched cottage with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and lounge area. The accommodation was quite rustic, but had everything we needed for our stay. If i were to be slightly critical, I did feel that at every meal occasion the booking of trips was mentioned (a slightly hard sell). It wasn't intrusive but felt slightly uncomfortable. Probably not helped by the fact that we were the only residents during our few days there, so the focus was on us. This also had the slight downside that once the meal was finished the staff cleared away and then left for the night (around 7.45 - 8pm). We are not big drinkers so i guess it wasn't worth their while hanging around for the odd coke and fruit juice (i believe it says in the info that the bar closes at 10pm). If you wanted to laze around the pool / grounds, there weren't many deckchairs around (only 3 or 4). Perhaps they have a few more if more guests are staying (there were plenty of chairs). Just some info for people staying at Casa Babi. The beach is beautiful, but is very much a working beach and always quite busy. Not at all an issue to us and if you wanted a quieter area, a few minutes walk and you can leave the hustle and bustle behind, but don't expect sunbeds and parasols! They do have really friendly dogs, which we really loved - especially Pepito who followed us around everywhere! Again they do publicise this so don't be surprised about the 4 dogs roaming around. Finally another mention for the food. Prepared fresh every day and to a really high standard. The evening menu changed daily and although we did venture out for dinner, our best meals were at Casa Babi. The breakfast was also excellent with a fresh fruit platter, a large tray of freshly baked and toasted bakery items accompanied with homemade jams etc. Then if you have room, eggs, crepes etc to order - fabulous.

Lovely boutique guesthouse overlooking the beach and the Bazaruto Archipelago. The sea-view rooms are very comfy and romantic. Bathroom products are organic and locally made. The food is simply amazing with scrumptious breakfasts and gourmet 3-course dinners. They only use vegetables from their organic garden and fish from the local fishermen. There is an on-site diving center to arrange the trips to the Bazaruto Archipelago.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at Casa Babi and we loved every second of it. Sabrina and staff are the best hosts. They picked us up at the airport, helped with delayed luggage, arranged trips and fixed transportation to our next destination. On top of that, their kitchen is amazing. Great breakfast, lunches and dinners. The view to the ocean and the continuous winds are spectacular. If it gets too hot you can jump in the pool. Top, top experience.
