We booked and payed a Suite with my wife for today 23/06/2024, we have all documents for today and when we arrive they says that they made wrong the booking and they type our book for next year 23/06/2025!! They offer us to come another day, no excuses, this is not serious, no alternative…added in photo of booking for today. Be careful with this place.

Visited Mas Salagros during a business trip in February 2024. We found the hotel only due to very high rates in the city because of a big expo. They claim to be a 5-star destination - and I presume that could be the case during high season. When we stayed 2 of the 3 restaurants were closed and the heating in the rooms barely work. The gym is very small and overall service level could benefit of some focus in the future. I would classify the property as a strong 3-star or weak 4-star at the highest.

The properties facilities are not 5 star. Lounge, bar, pool. Standard rooms are tiny!

Every time I need to disconnect to reconnect, I return to this place where for me everything is a 10: environment, facilities, gastronomy... perfect in all the details to allow you to enjoy the slow philosophy. This last time, however, was something I will soon forget. I have had a particularly hard time and when I arrived, the first thing I received was a warm welcome from the entire team in the form of a note and gift. Without them knowing it, it has been like a big, comforting hug that has helped me heal. So I can only say thank you, thank you and thank you ❤️ PS: I threaten to come back🤪🥰

Mas Salagros Ecoresort & Aire Ancient Baths is simply incredible! This property is gorgous and the bath & spa is incredible. The tranquility of the pool and propery is so peaceful and we wish we could have stayed forever.

Reservation and once arrived, refusal of access to the baths for which we had paid. Waiting 45 minutes for the room because software change, forced to ask for a drink to wait. Very poor reception, the manager asked us to leave if we were not happy. The next morning, breakfast not yet open at 7 a.m. and no possibility of having a coffee or breakfast to take away. Too bad we came often, but this is the last time. It doesn't bother them
