Family-friendly hotel Very friendly staff, breakfast with plenty of choice. Cleanliness is the rule of the house. Everything is very clean and organized. Large room, bathroom a little old (with bathtub), shower didn't have much pressure and water alternated a lot between hot and cold. The room still had some clear signs of damp and the curtain did not cover all the light. The hallways were carpeted and had a strange smell.

A fantastic experience, we booked for seven nights and we stayed for nine, I think this says a lot about our opinion. Before going, I wasn't guided by the negative reviews, let me say in passing that they in no way correspond to reality, if I had done so I wouldn't have gone and I would have missed one of the best stays I've had, the room is better than many 5* hotels I've been to. We were welcomed by two employees with a cordiality far greater than that required in a 3* hotel. At the entrance, a great room to spend time or even to work on the PC "that was my case." Everything was very well decorated, from the living room to the bedroom. There is another room where there is a bar and a snooker table, we can sit and relax without noise or confusion, there is also a great room for those with children with toys to entertain the little ones, with the advantage of having a table and a sofa where we can work or even read a book. The room was very clean, white towels without a stain, hot water at all hours, the staff were always walking around the hotel, I found it curious because one of the days I didn't want cleaning and she insisted on changing the bed so we wouldn't sleep with the same sheets I I said it wasn't necessary and she suggested coming back in the afternoon, this doesn't happen anywhere, the employee stops by if we don't want to come back tomorrow, not here. At breakfast we have a lot of variety, so much so that I haven't tried everything in so many days, the staff in the breakfast room are attentive and are constantly restocking, I've already paid more to eat worse, the staff are friendly and meet the customer's needs. The pool is outside the hotel, but the route to get there is spectacular, it has a lake, a stream and best of all, nature surroundings, we can go by car, but on foot it is beautiful, it's worth it, the pools They are very clean and have a bar with drinks and food. On the last day, unfortunately, we had an unforeseen health incident, Mrs. Ana, I believe to be one of the owners, a very polite lady made herself available to call the spa doctor, provided breakfast in the room and provided assistance in everything they could. A big congratulations to the entire staff team who make our vacation days even better, but especially to Mrs. Ana. To the employee Marlon at the reception, I would like to mention that since our arrival he has always been very helpful every night I asked him to add, in addition to the last day that he provided assistance to the situation far beyond his competence. We will return, but now with more guests. This hotel is 3* but the service and facilities themselves are at a much higher level. See you soon.
