Atendimento 5 estrelas, pessoal super atencioso e simpático! Limpeza 5 estrelas! Apartamento simples, mas agradável! Estacionamento em garagem pago (3€/dia)! Tranquilidade! Piscina espetacular, assim como o atendimento da Marta! Estava com um pouco de "medo" do sofá cama, mas revelou-se uma bela surpesa! Os colchões das camas podiam ser melhorados!

Neste momento é essêncial a nível de limpeza um excelente serviço, o que não se verifica neste hotel, tive lá 3 noites e apesar de dar indicação para que se procedesse à limpeza do apartamento, nenhuma vez foi feito. Convém frisar que a limpeza inicial e o apartamento em si é muito bom, os funcionários também são muito atenciosos e só não resolvem o que não está ao seu alcance. Deixa a desejar a equipa de limpeza , que pude verificar que algumas gostam mais de mexer nos telefones do que trabalhar... Fica a dica. ;)

We spent 3 days in this property and we felt like home. Nice apartment for a 4 people family (2 adults and 2 teens), very clean, air-conditioned, free Wi-Fi and kitchenette. Very well located, just next to a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and gift shops. The swimming pool is absolutely amazing.
