We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The service was excellent, they saved the room for us after our phonecall without asking for a credit card, The room was nice and comfortable, clean and airy. Breakfast was good and wholesome. Location is excellent. I would highly recommend the place especially if you take into account the price we paid.

Hotel familiar, comodo, muito asseado, com uma simplicidade acolhedora, funcionários 10 estrelas, principalmente o senhor da receção e da sala de refeições. Refeições muito bem servidas e com um sabor excelente e de grande qualidade dos géneros. A regressar pela 4ª vez, se voltar ao Gerês. Excelentes preços e acredito que a manterem, vão ter sempre a casa completa. Excelente

Excelente Hotel, quartos bons com camas confortáveis e aceadas, a climatização eficiente. boa casa de banho mas com ausência de secador de cabelo. Bom pequeno almoço excepto a falta de fruta. Staff muito atencioso e comunicativo. A localização é boa, mas dificil arranjar estacionamento apesar do hotel disponibilizar estacionameto mas muito distante.
