The hotel is conveniently located next to a large modern shopping centre with plenty of food options if you need to eat out. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. My wife was on crutches and they went the extra mile. Great breakfast buffet, imaginative changes to hit breakfast daily and good coffee. We ate in one lunchtime and had a pizza on the roof terrace. Will definitely stay there again next time I am in Cucuta.

The hotel was clean, safe and the personnel was very diligent. I have nothing to comply but the little water when taking a shower. Don’t understand why it was too little, it might be the water pressure in the pipes. Other than that, I felt it is a great hotel.
