Ho prenotato la struttura, tramite Booking, avendo qualche ora di tempo durante una trasferta di lavoro, pensando di poter sfruttare il centro benessere. Purtroppo, solo dopo aver prenotato e pagato (prenotazione non annullabile) ho ricevuto un messaggio dalla struttura che mi informava della chiusura del centro benessere per lavori di straordinaria manutenzione fino a data da destinarsi. Alla mia successiva mail di protesta hanno risposto che avrebbero controllato se nelle indicazioni di Booking il centro risultasse accessibile (ovviamente non c'era nessun avviso, neppure oggi a distanza di tre giorni sono presenti avvisi su Booking). Alla reception l'addetta non era al corrente della mia lamentela nè ho ricevuto un cenno di scuse al riguardo (nè tangibile nè verbale). Per il resto la struttura è bella (anche se mi pare inserita in una zona industriale), ristorante ottimo, personale gentile, ampio parcheggio, palestra decorosa, colazione forse non adeguata ma accettabile

Tappa ideale per un tour del delta del Po. Camere grandi, doccia spettacolare, ottima cena ma soprattutto personale gentile e disponibilissimo anche per ovviare a nostre dimenticanze. Qualche problema con il wifi ma apprezzato sky in camera

Pessima, nonostante la struttura sia bella e di buon gusto, ho dormito in una suite con la cassetta dello scarico wc completamente rotta, così per tutta notte l’acqua scorreva in maniera fastidiosa impedendone il riposo, inoltre immaginatevi quando si usava il wc, cosa succedeva non potendo utilizzare lo scarico, il tutto avvisando il ricevimento di quanto stava accadendo.
Alla richiesta di uno sconto sul pernottamento, mi è stato risposto, spiacenti x quanto è accaduto, ma impossibile.
