- Alacranes venenosos que salen en el baño. - Cucarachas gigantes en el baño. - No hay opción de descanso se escuchan ruidos en todo el hotel. - Precio sobrevalorado. No es un lugar recomendado para ir malas experiencias hemos tenido desde antes.

Un hotel bien ubicado muy bien ubicado, con parqueadero propio. Habitaciones cómodas, iluminadas, baño cómodo con agua caliente. El desayuno es bueno, abundante. Tiene zonas húmedas cómodas: piscina, jacuzzi, sauna, turco y masaje. Limpio. El personal fue amable.

Had a couple of nights here on our tour, it was perfectly okay but not particularly luxurious, just adequate. The room was clean but basic, for example, the fridge wasn't plugged in and actually, there was no plug to plug it into! At breakfast, there was no choice, they just brought you the food, eggs, toast etc although they did try to accommodate us as we are quite picky, preferring cereals etc. Both evenings we wanted to drink a beer out on their spectacular balcony, which seemed never to have been used, yet was truly delightful. Well, us wanting a beer caught everyone off guard, and they seemed to have no idea how to serve it. Perhaps a rare event but a missed opportunity, as the bar was a big, empty feature. All in all, a great, basic stay where we had great fun.

Habitaciones limpias y acogedoras, ubicación muy conveniente en el centro de la Villa, cerca a las atracciones y restaurantes. Agencia de actividades en el primer piso. Desayuno aceptable, sin mucha variedad. La zona húmeda se puede mejorar, el turco no calienta mucho.

La habitación buena, la cama estaba bien, el baño adecuado. Inicialmente nos dieron una habitación muy mala pero nos cambiaron sin problema. Esa habitación deberían cerrarla u ofrecerla a mitad de precio, máximo

El hotel estaba en constante mantenimiento durante nuestra estadía, al llegar no tenían agua. la habitación estaba polvorienta y el baño mal lavado, las toallas sucias y telarañas entre el colchón el espaldar. Los colchones no permiten el descanso. Es un hotel más caro que duruelo en la misa temporada. Estoy muy descontenta con este hotel.

No vale lo que están cobrando. - Las camas tenían pulgas nos toco llegar a casa a lavar y desinfectar todo. - Sábanas sucias. - TV por cable aviso de factura No Paga. - Dueña regañando empleados delante de huéspedes. - Armario habitación dañado. - Vasos desportillados/rotos en desayuno. - Colchón y cama que no permiten un buen descanso. Lastima por que conozco el hotel hace muchos años y cada vez que vengo esta mas y más decaído.

El precio no corresponde a lo ofrecido, no había botones al momento de entregar la habitación, dijeron que el jacuzzi exterior era solo para fin de semana y con reserva y llego el fin de semana y no funciono. dicen que son pet friendly y pretenden cobrar 30.000 más por día, por lavado especial de sábanas (desgastadas y rotas) es decir que por uso del huésped las sabanas no tienen lavado especial. las habitaciones son viejas y desgastadas, el ruido es espantoso no se puede descansar. El Peor fin de semana en el peor hotel de Villa de Leyva.
