Muy buenas instalaciones y muy amable todo el equipo humano. La habitación excepcional, muy amplia, limpia y moderna. El parqueadero interno fue muy valorado por nosotros. La ubicación del hotel es ideal para visitar todos los lugares de interés cerca a la plaza central caminando.

la Tina la encontramos llena de hormigas.
La suite con balcón abierto que nos asignaron es un fiasco. el balcón daba al parqueadero y la el tejado transparente de la lavandería. solicitamos cambio y no fue realizado. el ruido de la planta de climatización de la piscina nos torturo desde la mañana a la noche. el desayuno deja mucho que desear, muy pobre, la atención deficiente, no hay siquiera servilletas, salvo las que envuelven los cubiertos. el costo es muy alto por lo que recibes a cambio.

Nos hospedamps 10 personas de nuestra familia para celebrar un cumpleaños. La cotizacion estaba mal nos cobraron buffet los dias jueves y viernes y solo hay el fin de semana. Establecen la politica de reservar el turno de piscina y zonas humedas para la familia y en dos ocasiones permitieron ingresar mas gente en nuestra hora reservada. Mucha desinformacion y desconociemiento de las personas de recepcion esos dias habiasn como 5 personas y no tenian ni idea de nuestras solicitudes . pedimos un masaje y no sabian cual era la promocion. Cuando el primer dia Ignacio nos la ofrecio. tenia una habitacion cuadruple reservada y pregunte en la recepcion por la habitacion y una de las tantas niñas que habia me dijo no tenemos ninguna habitacion para usted. Los unicos que sabian acerca de nuestras solicitudes eran Andres e Ignacio, pero ellos no estaban. Fue un desastre la falta de claridad . Creo que en esas condiciones no volvere

Hotel very professional staff all the time ,so clean , walkable,good facility inside ,clean pool and sauna, kitchen breakfast so delicious , gardening in good shape and beautiful , thanks for all you do to keep my family happy , overall I recommended this hotel for family.
