A perfect stay for our two nights in Villa de Leyva. We arrived in the evening and the grounds were beautifully lit up and welcoming. Turn down service, delicious breakfast and a prime location - you won’t regret staying here!

Casa Terra was perfect for us. Ximena who runs the hotel was so friendly and went out of her way to help us so much. All of the team were exceptional paying attention to every little detail. We loved our stay and extended a night too. The breakfast was excellent in the dappled sun in the beautiful courtyard

A small and very charming hotel. Beautifully decorated and Excellent location. Wonderful breakfast which includes fruits, breads and other delicious options of your choosing. The owner was very helpful at all times. We fully enjoyed our stay and Highly Recommend this very authentic Colombian place to stay in Villa de Leyva.

The owners of this hotel have lived and studied in Europe and travelled widely. It shows. They know what makes a good hotel. The bedrooms feel light and airy, painted white with just enough contemporary furniture. The bed was on the hard side but fine. The bathroom was nicely done (although the hot water can be a bit erratic). Some net curtains over the second window would be good as, at ground level, it can feel a little public. There was a bag of Colombian coffee beans awaiting our arrival – a lovely and thoughtful gift! From the entrance courtyard you have a lovely view of the hills behind the hotel. Breakfast happens in the other courtyard which is overhung with beautiful mature trees. The two senior members of staff are highly trained, very helpful, efficient and charming. When you get back from a walk in town or a day’s expedition, one of them is always there to greet you – and bring you, unprompted, a wonderful glass of fruit juice in your room! Everything, inside and out, is kept immaculate. With only 9 rooms, this lovely hotel feels friendly and intimate (but not in an intrusive way). I would gladly go back.

Hôtel très bien décoré. La chambre que nous avions était très belle (Leyva 2) beaucoup plus jolie que sur les photos du site. Par contre nous avons eu très chaud car il n y a ni ventilateur, ni climatiseur et aucun moyen d aérer, la seule ouverture étant la porte fenêtre d entrée de la chambre que nous ne pouvions donc pas ouvrir la nuit. C est vraiment dommage car encore une fois l’hôtel est vraiment très bien, le petit déjeuner dans le jardin est très agréable.

De loin le meilleur hôtel de notre trip en Colombie. Le cadre, l’ambiance, le confort, la qualité du service sont au top. A consommer sans modération ! Une note spéciale pour le PdJ excellent et raffiné . Le personnel est aux petits soins et vous accueille comme des amis.

Vielleicht das schönste Hotel auf unserer Kolumbien Rundreise! Leider sind wir sehr spät angereist und mussten morgens wieder früh weg. Alle Räumlichkeiten sind sehr geschmackvoll und viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es war das einzige Hotel mit genügend Handtüchern und allen Toilettenartikeln. Der Garten ist wunderschön gestaltet und das Frühstück im Garten hat Freude gemacht. Das Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein, unser einziger Kritikpunkt.

Un hôtel très bien situé, avec un grand jardin. L'accueil a été un peu expéditif, sans explication. La chambre charmante au rez-de-chaussée très grande avec un petit salon, un dressing et une salle de douche, différents types d' oreillers. La seule petite fenêtre qui peut s'ouvrir est dans le dressing et donne sur la rue, nous avons bénéficié des conversations très sonores des voisins. Il n'y a pas de climatisation, pas de ventilateur, nous avons eu très chaud. Et puis pas de douchette dans la douche. Les chambres sont faites matin et soir, et vous avez des petites douceurs et de l'eau. Les petits déjeuners sont très correctes, jus de fruits, œufs, des fruits frais, du pain local. Une adresse très correcte à recommander avec ses plus et ses moins
