Abbiamo passato una giornata in piscina più spa, un gruppo di ragazze , location molto carina , personale per niente accogliente , abbiamo prenotato l’aperitivo alle 13:00 ed era stato segnato alle 18:00 perciò è stato preparato per le 14:00 , può capitare di sbagliare però ho avuto dei problemi anche con la prenotazione , avendo mandato numerose e-mail in cui molte di queste sono state ignorate .

Struttura accogliente, hammam, bagno turco, bagno romano tutto eccezionale e di dimensioni adeguate. Personale gentilissimo, Daniela all'accoglienza molto disponibile e presente. Zona armadietti/docce molto comoda. Tutto molto pulito. Doccia emozionale, vasca fredda, piscina idromassaggio sia interna che esterna. Navetta con staff gentile e sorridente che accompagna il cliente dalla reception alla spa e viceversa. Tisana a fine percorso. Ho trascorso una piacevolissima ora e mezza in totale relax, finalmente un po' di tempo per me stessa. Se dovessi dare un consiglio avrei gradito l'idromassaggio leggermente più caldo, ma questa è una questione di gusti personali che non ha a che vedere con la qualità della struttura che mi è sembrata eccellente. La tisana magari se fosse servita in tazza di vetro o ceramica sarebbe un piccolo dettaglio in più. Nel complesso non ci si può lamentare assolutamente di nulla. Continuate così. Tornerò sicuramente.

Bellissima location di fronte alla Sicilia .. persone gentilissime e disponibili .. cena strepitosa con piatti buonissimi e ricercati . Nota stonata la colazione non all’ altezza del posto Il posto merita e quindi da consigliare … peccato il tempo nn propriamente bello

I spent 3 hours with some of my friends at the Spa, completely renovated and finished in every detail. Very soft bathrobes and towels, personally available and professional. Plus sushi tasting...really really waw, accompanied by bubbles or soft drinks. Beautiful path, from the sauna to the Turkish bath to the swimming pool with hydromassage, to the chromotherapy to the sensory path. To be repeated as soon as possible

Young girls in skimpy costumes took selfies endlessly having brought their cell phones into the structure, which normally cannot be brought with you. The kit, which was small, included very uncomfortable slippers with a questionable shape. We were provided with only one herbal tea without the normal combinations of dried fruit and the water in the dispenser was ice cold. I was forgotten in a cabin for a trea**ent, and when I tried to call from the intercom I couldn't find any useful numbers to request, so I removed the bandage independently having heard, among other things, worrying screams in the corridors. It's a shame because I had wonderful memories of it. If the conditions remain as they are, I believe it is only compatible with a target of teenagers.

Beautiful location, very poor services. Zero friendly and understanding staff. We wanted to spend a day at the spa, we called well in advance to book a one-hour massage. We were told that we could not book over the phone but only in person. When we arrived at the spa (second couple, the center had just opened) we were told that there was only room at 6pm for the couple's massage. We accept and thank you. At 6pm we were told that it would not be possible to enter at our time but only 30 minutes later. We come in at ***0pm for a 30 minute massage and not a 60 minute one due to lack of time. No consideration from the employees. Once we arrive at reception on the way out, we explain the inconvenience and we are given the usual shrug as the only response. For a structure that boasts a certain truly unpleasant quality.

There was a large group of people travelling together. We all selected the same room options when booking and paid the same price, but some people were in a new and modern building while we were in a dark, much older building with faded carpets, beds that were very hard and we were only given 1 thin pillow. I requested additional pillows, however they were never provided. That being said, the pool and the restaurant were great. Had we been in the other building, our experience would have been much better.
