Yes, certainly a first class, very professionally run hotel. We chose one of the suites at the front of the hotel, very spacious, and well fitted out. However, if you are a light sleeper, then you may wish to choose a room at the back of the hotel, because the bells in the church across the square start ringing at 6:30 am ! Not a problem for us as we were up anyway for an early start on our snowshoeing tours but it might bother some. The food was of high-quality, though not every night!. The wine list is amazing and actually quite good value. An immense amount of thought has gone into it. The hotel is very well located for travelling through the valley and for many active pursuits . We will definitely stay again.

Tutti gli ambienti e gli arredi sono a dir poco gradevoli, specialmente la sala in area ricevimento con un camino spaziale. La cucina varia quotidianamente offrendo piatti ben curati e sfiziosi , la zona relax anch'essa facilmente accessibile e ben funzionante............in poche parole, sono più di vent'anni che non riusciamo a fare a meno di tornarci......direi che sia un sufficiente motivo per assegnare cinque stelle...

Qui, in questo grazioso paesino della Val Pusteria, oggi alle cronache grazie all'immenso Sinner, da Adler entrate e godetevi la calda atmosfera di questa struttura. Personale cortese e premuroso, arredi caldi e ricercati, una stube autentica e una apparecchiatura perfetta. I piatti sono tutti da consigliare e hanno grande competenza con i suggerimenti dei vini in abbinamento. Bravi.

La solita gentilezza accoglienza e disponibilità di tutta la struttura dell'hotel è surreale ed incantevole. Tradiozione qualità di materassi e suppellettili creatività in cucina, lista dei vini clamorosa, area SPA sempre più accogliente e professionale con annesso centro massaggi.

Siamo stati con degli amici la sera del 31 dicembre, che dire, ambiente top, caloroso, come in una vera famiglia! Tutto apparecchiato alla perfezione, cibo con sapori incedibili, 7/8 portate fantastiche! Vino in abbinamento Super. Per non bastare siamo tornati qualche giorno dopo a cena, stessa situazione, eravamo in 14, stube riservata per noi, sevizio sempre al Top! Grazieeeeee!!

Che dire una vera Eccellenza in ogni aspetto, professionalità,gentilezza,eleganza,dover fare una classifica è praticamente impossibile perché questa struttura è il top sotto ogni aspetto. La cucina offre pietanze locali rivisitate e non veramente eccellenti,lo staff è tutto superlativo ti coccolano dal primo momento fino ai saluti finali e questo diventa il momento più triste perché è dura lasciare un simile paradiso. Se andate in val Pusteria la famiglia Pircher è un appuntamento imperdibile vivamente consigliato.

We visit every year and this hotel improves year over year. There is always a new delight. This year: new ski room, wine room, extended bar seating/ relaxing area. The best thing is we always feel like this is a second home. So comfortable and amazing food. The rooms are so relaxing and well appointed. The area has so much to do. Skiing, hiking, eating, and relaxing. We always Love our visits. This is a must stay.

Personale gentile e accogliente, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Abbiamo vissuto davvero una vacanza da favola. La cucina davvero eccellente.
