"Terrible hotel! The only good thing is the treatment of Ciara at reception, lovely. The room had a damp smell and you could tell it hadn't been aired in a long time. It was dirty with dust. The mattress on the bed is a board and the springs stick into you, plus we were cold (in October), because we only had one blanket (for my son) and there were 3 of us. We couldn't ask for more because after 8pm there is no one at reception, and the heating didn't work. The sink is from the 20s!! With the toilet lid broken, damp, the shower screen yellow and very old, a very strange and ancient hair dryer, and the water had no pressure... a disaster. Cracks in the balcony and... poor, poor breakfast. And they watched you to see what you took... you can't have a pleasant breakfast, with that pressure and surveillance. Also, the bread machine was off and when I turned it on, the girl who was watching demanded that I turn it off because it wasn't working properly and could catch fire, according to her. I was quite scared... a horrible experience... look at another hotel!!!! Never this one!!!! I FEEL DECEIVED, it's not at all the same as in the advert!!!!!!"

"The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute drive from Verona Airport. The rooms look fantastic on the website — and in many ways, they are. However, my experience was mixed. The spacious “junior suite” I booked turned out to be a 30m² room designed for guests with reduced mobility, oddly featuring a fitness machine against a wall. It was situated between the bar and the reception, directly in front of the elevator, which made it quite noisy until around midnight. I was then woken early by the guests above me — their 4:30 a.m. alarm and departure made it difficult to get back to sleep. On the positive side, the room had a very high ceiling and a comfortable, clean double bed. However, it didn’t feel properly prepared for a new guest: there was a strong smell of perfume, a crumpled towel on the bathroom floor, an unflushed toilet, a sticky faucet, and a dirty glass next to the sink."
