Element Sedona

This hotel offers great value for money, especially for my first visit to Sedona. The free breakfast is decent, and the location is good with restaurants nearby. I requested to accrue Bonvoy points since it's a Marriott property, but they haven't been credited yet.

Extremely satisfied, highly recommend!

The facilities are good, the staff are friendly, and overall, it is a place I really liked. They charge a separate fee for parking, so that was a bit of a drawback... If you are only traveling to Sedona, the hotel is located at the entrance so it is a bit far from the places to visit, but since it is a beautiful place with an enjoyable drive, I recommend this hotel if you have rented a car.

1. The staff were really friendly // 2. The bathroom was very dirty, unlike the photo. It seemed like it had never been cleaned before, so the water didn't drain well because the hair was clogged, and there was a lot of mold between the tiles.

The building isn't old, but after going there, I can see why it's rated so low. The front desk isn't very helpful. They're so busy and alone that it's hard to see anyone. They're not very friendly either. Parking is a separate fee. The room itself is spacious and nice, but the water pressure in the bathroom sink is very weak. The breakfast is terrible. I've never seen anything like this before. There's not enough seating or eating space, and the food is insufficient. The Wi-Fi doesn't work. I'm hesitant to stay there again.

I'm a Bonvoy member, but this was the worst one I've ever stayed at! I'll never stay here again.

Ctrip’s price is four figures cheaper than ***********. I will continue to choose Ctrip next time.
