Cozy Cactus Inn

We stayed at the Cozy Cactus in the Sedona Sky suite. It has great energy! Welcoming and comfortable. Needs and pillows were nice. Very clean. Little extra touches were really appreciated. Sedona Red Rocks as well as other landmarks were right outside the back door, It was incredible!! Super quiet and relaxing. Very nice breakfast options were included. The hosts were very attentive and accommodating. We'll worth the cost for the area. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Short drive to the 'rocks' and Main Street downtown Sedona. Highly recommend.

We always enjoy our time at the Cozy Cactus and had another great time !! we're repeat "Cozie" guests and consistently return year after year because of the high standards they follow. The rooms are beautifully decorated and situated where you can hike right out the back patio along with many trail heads in the area. It's away from the busy uptown Sedona area so its less congested, but it's all good in Sedona ! The Cozy had an ownership change in recent years, but we're here to review the current and not the past. We knew the old owners very well and while we miss them as wonderfully nice people, the future looks bright at the Cozy - the property is in great shape with lots of room amenities and the new owners are doing a great job. For this trip we can't say enough about the new owners - the new team seems very nice, service oriented, talented, and are very knowledgeable about the area. For our trip we met Jenn and Jamie - we appreciate the warm welcome, allowing us to drop our bags off early from our flight while our room was prepared, and helping us with breakfast options and other tips. For new guests, we do want to mention that the rooms have TV's that are internet based that allow streaming services if you have your own subscription and there are some free options as well. We'd also suggest folks check out the hotel website and policies on cancellation and payment just as an FYI As we've mentioned in previous reviews, we like the Cozy as it's clean and quiet - this is a quiet getaway for us and as long the new mgmt team keeps up the good work, we'll keep comin' back ! Great job and we'll be back for our next vacation !

I have stayed here several times and it has been wonderful each time. Cozy Cactus is a small bed and breakfast that has a variety of rooms. This time I stayed in the Cowboy Suite which has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open living room and kitchen. Decorated in a southwest style, it is colorful, comfortable,clean and opens up onto an unobstructed view of the Red Rocks. A trail in the back leads to many of the hiking trails ( there is no need to move your car!). On the patio are couches, Adirondack chairs, blankets and fire pits. It is hard to pull away from this stunning spot to explore all that Sedona has to offer. The Cozy Cactus has been under new management for the past 5 months and the new owners have been a delight to work with. They are warm,friendly and very responsive. I plan to return again….and again.

Fantastic Location - within walking distance of the trails at Bell Rock. The Courthouse condo was roomy (2 bedroom / 2 bath), immaculately clean, very well appointed. The host family was very welcoming and we enjoyed chatting with them at breakfast. A bottle of wine and a starter kit of snacks greeted us as well and we made good use of the trail pass that they provided. Unexpected bonuses - the views from the condo, the patio and the loft are unparalleled, and a coyote walked across the back yard one morning as we were packing to leave. Great place to stay.

The Cozy Cactus was the perfect place for our vacation. We stayed in the vortex on the second floor that had great views of the bell and courthouse buttes. It is a quiet respite where we were able to relax and explore, but still close to many things. The welcome snacks and personal touches were so thoughtful and it had a great community feel to it. The outdoor space was awesome and being able to walk right off the property to trails was awesome. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

What a great place to stay!! The 2 bedroom Cowboy room was perfect. Fully appointed kitchen and comfortable living room. The beds were very comfortable. Coffee, filtered and bottled water. Red Rock pass for hikers and sightseers. They think of everything! The staff make your stay special. Very gracious and attentive!! This is our second stay and, after the first one, we stopped looking for anywhere else to stay. It is just perfect.

Very Cozy and clean. New owners made us feel right at home. Close to local food, shopping, hiking trails, and scenic views. Great for day trips as well. Delicious muffins every morning. I am ever back in the area this will be the place I stay again. A+++++++++++++

We stayed in the Sedona Sky and just loved it. The condo is super comfortable and very well appointed. They think of so many special details AND a fully functional kitchen to boot! The patio is wonderful and having a State Park for your back yard is very special. We enjoyed every moment. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive .

I met an old friend here for a midweek getaway. The room was cozy and had a fabulous view of Bell And Couthouse Rocks. Our hosts were incredibly hospitable, starting with their inquiry about our food presences before our arrival. The breakfasts were amazing. They had plenty of guide books available and were very knowledgeable about the area. They even gave us a trail head parking permit to use while we were there. The location just south of Sedona kept us out of the crowds and traffic, but it only took a few minutes to go in for dinner or shopping.
