Todo estuvo muy bien (limpieza, alimentos,tranquilidad, atención) solo un detalle, el clima no funcionó 😔 no se sentía,llegamos noche a descansar y tuvimos que marcar a recepción x ahí de la 1:30 am para que fueran a revisarlo (atención rápida x cierto x parte del personal de Mantto) y corroboro que no enfriaba, nos ofreció cambiarnos de habitación pero dada las horas nuestras hijas ya estaban dormidas y una de ellas es una bebé era catastrófico si me movía a esa hora de habitación, x lo que al final nos dieron dos ventiladores para poder pasar la noche, así que no me parece justo cuando claramente pague x una habitación que incluye el serv de aire acondicionado, no me dieron ningún descuento ni nada para compensar lo sucedido, es obvio que en cualquier hotel el precio es diferente si pides habitación con ventilador o con aire acondicionado, me sentí estafada en ese aspecto.

Of the hotels in La Choca this one best meet my needs. It had the best pool, the staff was friendly and very helpful, the free shuttle to local spots and to the airport was an unexpected bonus. The free breakfast had good variety and they even packed me a To-Go B’fast to get to the airport on time. Of note: there is only one room for disabled guests; the pool is unfriendly to the disabled. The open walking spaces compensated. If important to you: this was the most family friendly property in the La Choca Park area.
