Every time I make a hotel reservation thru ******* I get the worst room the hotel has. And this time it was the same thing. First, the check in it took over an hour to get a room. They need it to get paid first by *******. Then I was giving a noise room on the second floor. it seems the hotel air conditioning system was outside the room. I asked for another room and Francisco gave me a room facing the local bars. The loud music didn’t stop until 5am. We got out of the hotel a left at 6am. Horrible place.

Warm water does not work. Breakfast and food service is mediocre. The customer service, as with all the locals, prove themselves to be very nice and friendly to everyone. Thus, it’s not really the fault of the employees that their hotel is in these conditions; it’s the failure of the administration behind it. It is well located near various religious temples and other landmarks of Tabasco; which makes it a great option for a night or two. However, if you have the chance, go somewhere else.

El hotel está en una situación deplorable. Para estacionar el coche, tienes que subir al personal del hotel de copiloto para que después te lleven a un estacionamiento bastante inaccesible. Los cuartos tienen vista interior y se escucha un ruido terrible todo el tiempo. La percepción es que está muy sucio, tanto en áreas comunes, como en las habitaciones y baño.
