The attention of the staff is very good, but the rooms have many details, the access card and the light contacts do not always work, the electronic devices are very old and it makes the room look very neglected.

Einige Zimmer sind stark mit Schimmel befallen. Die Zimmer sind auch sonst sehr dunkel und trist. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich und auch bei wenig Gästen im Restaurant überfordert. Einge Freunde haben beim Nachtessen nach einem Glas Wein gefragt. Da wurden ihnen einfach ein paar Weine aufgezählt (keine Weinkarte). Leider haben sie nicht nach dem Preis gefragt. 20 US$ für ein Glas eines durchschnittlichen Weines. Am nächsten Tag nach dem Tag fing das Drama erst an. 9 von 12 Personen hatten sehr starke Magen-/Darmbeschwerden und mussten sich in ärztliche Behandlung begeben. Bei der ersten zwei Personen fing es nach weniger als einer Stunde nach dem Frühstück an, die anderen folgten dann nach kurzer Zeit. Bei einer Person war sogar ein Krankenwagen von nöten. Da alle in den letzten fast 20 Stunden nur im Hotel gegessen und getrunken wurde kann sich jeder selber ausmalen was die Ursache dafür ist.
