La ubicación del hotel aceptable, el baño nunca lo limpiaron con cloro, supongo que solo con agua ya que olía horrible! Por otro lado esos cuartuchos que dan a un tragaluz están muy oscuros y feos. No hay agua caliente y el chamaco que estaba en la recepción parecía que estaba oliendo los baños del hotel. Otra cosa la camarera tocó la puerta y antes de contestarle ya había abierto la puerta. Es la primera y última vez que me hospedo en ese hotel.

Para nada vuelvo a regresar, la verdad hice la reservación para un conocido cercano, tuvo visitas en la mañana, las cuales no dejaban que subiera a la habitación, ni mostrando las credenciales ni nada, a la de a fuerzas les querían hacer que pagaran huéspedes de más, como si se fueran a quedar, solo iban a buscar a mi conocido (el cual es de la 3ra edad) y requiere de asistencia, aparte el desayuno que “según” era incluido no se lo querían hacer valer. Pésimo servicio, no recomiendo este hotel, para la próxima en otro

Esta en el centro de la ciudad. El estacionamiento tiene costo adicional y la atencion en el restaurante fue mala y los alimentos si bien era desayuno incluido fue de mala calidad

Exelente servicio al cliente, el cuarto muy bonito y agradable, el único inconveniente el agua del grifo estaba sucia.( salía amarilla y así tuve que ocuparla para medio bańarme) aún así me encantó y lo volveré a ocupar en próximos viajes a Villahermosa

No había agua caliente adecuada, el almuerzo ya no es como antes que era buffet, muy limitado en porciones muy pequeñas y pocas opciones. Deberían aclarar en la página el límitante de desayuno.
