Hice una reservación de tres habitaciones con cama king size y Al llegar la recepcionista me da dos habitaciones con cama king y una con cama matrimonial, tuve que llamar a la recepción para que me respetaran lo que reserve.
Al final si me respetaron la reserva pero estos errores causan incomodidad,

A lovely, grand hotel with gorgeous inner courtyard filled with hanging plants. The rooms, however comfortable, are tired and needing a bit of updating. That being said, parking was secure, our pooch had a good place to do her business, and we could walk 12 minutes to a mall where we had beers and dinner at Beer Box.

No respetaron mi horario de llegada. Al llegar las opciones que me dieron fueron esperar una hora en lo que el personal de limpieza terminaba el aseo, irme al restaurante o elegir otra opción de habitación. La señorita de recepción no pudo darme una solución ni siquiera intentar respetarme el precio que me habían dado al inicio cuando fue un error del hotel

La habitación tenía un olor entre insecticida y desinfectante muy molesto. La distribución del baño es terrible, el wc queda al ras de la puerta y sobre el lavamanos una repisa que no te deja usarlo adecuadamente. La actitud de las recepciones muy mala y cada vez que llegaba en la noche, no podía abrir la puerta de la habitación, tenía que volver a bajar a recepción porque se desactivaba la llave.
