The facilities are good, comfortable, the food tasty, as for the fruit I did not like its very beaten appearance, I did not eat it :(, the friendly staff. The parking lot is all 2 blocks away from the hotel in case you arrive late, consider that they will have to walk back to the hotel.

Overall it was great, the reception personel was not friendly, my opinion, they are not happy with their job, when you ask a question, they are very short and cranky, specially the females, there is a guy on the late shift (went home st 11pm Xmas eve) he is the only person that has a smile. They need some customer service training or look for a different job.

La atención al cliente es muy fría, debiera de ser más personalizada y no tan cortante en recepción, en dos ocasiones pedí me proporcionaran Jabón y Shampoo ya que no me lo dejaron en la habitación y solo dan una botella de agua por toda la estancia, no creo que los empobresca si dan una botella al día, ya que se paga por día
