Me tuvieron que cambiar 2 veces de habitacion ya que los climas no servian, la primera noche no pude dormir ya que no fue inmediato el cambio porque tenian hotel lleno

Este hotel está bien a secas. Tiene renovadas algunas partes y supongo que son más vistosas pero nada particulamente hermoso. El área de alberca está bien aunque no ha recibido tanta atención. Los cuartos están limpios pero se ve que apresuran al personal de limpieza entonces faltan detalles. Dice ser pet friendly pero no hay áreas específicas para animales y hay muchas limitaciones para hosped**** con mascotas, entonces no es realmente pet friendly. Es mejor que lo digan porque de otra forma, es puro batallar.

Cuando viajen con niños indicarles a los padres que es un hotel de descanso y no estar a media noche o tarde golpeando en las paredes y que existen más huéspedes y se tiene áreas para otras actividades

The property is well known, huge building, great food, professional, nice and well informed staff. I really like the shower and location.
However, the rooms had a mildew smell, and the bed linens and towels, though some of them they are a good quality material, they were smelly- like sweat and unclean. I felt like one of the beds had bed bugs because I was itching. I finally slept on the cover and not on the bed sheet. The premises were not care for; garden, pool area, etc. The hotel has huge potential if only they used a better sanitizing system for the sheets and towels, work on the A/C to remove mildew smell and sanitize the rooms, update restaurant, repair and update patio, pool area, etc.

En general el hotel esta muy bien, el personal de recepcion y camaritas muy amables, solo el restaurante tiene puntos a mejorar, asi como personal que atiende en la alberca, pero son cosas minimas, en general esta muy bien

es un excelente hotel, las instalaciones son lujosas y bastante bien conservadas, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas como el servicio de limpieza es eficiente y detallista, el servicio del Restaurant con los alimentos es excelente, la comida tiene buen sabor y está preparada de forma higiénica, tiene un sabor delicioso, Altamente recomendable. Te recibe un amplio lobby con salitas de estar… hay una pequeña cafetería con panecillos a un costado y al fondo un restaurante que ofrece un buen bufé por las mañanas. La recámara, muy bonita, fresca, amplia, con buena y firme cama. Baño y regadera de muy buenas dimensiones. Debo hacer hincapié en el pequeño clóset que tiene un burro de planchar escondido… ¡detallazo! También cuenta el hotel con un gimnasio chiquito, alberca grande, chapoteadero, salas de juntas y un lindo jardín.
