Wonderful hotel! Unfortunately we stayed for only 1 night and it was just great! Clean, cozy, tasty breakfast, beach, and old town just nearby! Very friendly staff! If we are back to Benidorm again, this hotel will be the first choice.

A nice hotel in a stunning location , but could do so much better with a little 🤏 more attention and the odd smile from the younger staff would be nice , the hotel claim you can order drinks from the bar to be brought up to the roof our orders where either ignored or told we had to come down 6 floors to the bar to collect them , also the same with the toilet roof to bar area to use the toilet 6 floors , Our air con leaked water onto the floor and down the wall We got showered in plaster one morning while eating breakfast out side a lump off a balcony hit our table striking my wife and another lady on our table no injury’s but not pleasant ,

This is a superb hotel, really enjoyed stay so far. But today, how disappointing to be told you cannot have a second cup of coffee, with breakfast. Never been an issue so far this week. Told breakfast had finished at 11, it was just past 11. New breakfast staff today. Been great all week. This hotel is great mind, all other staff met have been friendly and go out of their way to make stay enjoyable

This is a remarkable hotel, nicely situated in my favourite part of Old Benidorm near restaurants, cafes, beach and shops. The rooms are immaculate and serviced to a very high standard by cheerful hardworking housekeepers. Now for the restaurant! The entire team work together seamlessly! Although each has their own individual task they are able to step in to carry out another role immediately should it be necessary. It is the best run restaurant I have seen ANYWHERE! The choice of food is excellent and the food is superb. It is, after all, a Gastro restaurant! I am a solo traveller and was not therefore in the best located room. It had everything a hotel room should have but certainly did not have much of a view. I had emailed prior to my visit requesting I was happy to pay extra for an upgraded room and as I checked in reiterated that I was quite prepared to pay for an upgraded room that had a sea view and a balcony. I got neither! I was told I could go to reception 3 days later to make the same request but I didn’t bother as I couldn’t be troubled with moving room! Maybe my fault! I am not particularly fond of heights and I was on floor 4 which is about 6 floors up from the ground. There is large amounts of glass in the building and stairwells and lifts are totally open causing me to walk next to walls and not look down gaping stairwells. My room had a floor to ceiling window which I hated but could, fortunately, draw curtains across! I do, however, highly recommend this hotel and will be returning again in the future. However, I haven’t discovered a way of requesting a particular room!

Spotlessly clean. Polite staff. Excellent location. Beautiful spacious rooms. Quiet and peaceful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else after finding this gem of a hotel. The reception staff particularly welcoming and very helpful. Wonderful 5 night stay from start to finish

We upgraded to a sea view and what a view! There was only the noise of crashing waves on the cliffs below and a complete view of the town to the left. The hotel is ideally placed for everything in the old town and is only a few minutes from the beach. The breakfasts are world-class. The rooms are spotless, and the staff are polite, friendly, well-trained, and helpful. Top tip = upgrade to the sea view room. You will not regret it. Superb hotel and very highly recommended. We will be coming back soon :)

Just had our 4th stay at Canfali just gets better .Such a lovely run Hotel with amazing staff. Sea view with terrace rooms fabulous lovely large double bed clean great shower . Marco on reception so helpful and polite. Marcello in dining room so Happy all of the time polite helpfull and just works all day with great big smile. Will return again soon.
