Pedí habitación con cama de matrimonio.me la dieron doble...tardamos más de una hora para poder entrar ..por q.no había recepcionista....no sabíamos donde estaba la llave...y las vistas nada q ver con lo q ponía en la rwserva

El personal de recepción fue muy amable y el hotel está muy nuevo pero las habitaciones no están muy limpias. Loc cojines, cortinas y colcha tenían manchas, las sábanas tenían suciedad entre ellas y debajo de las mesillas también estaba sucio . Las habitaciones triples cuentan con literas y las sábanas no estaban puestas y tampoco hicieron esa cama cuando pasó el servicio de habitaciones.

Sentralt og flott hotell midt i byen. Kort vei til strand, restauranter og butikker. Ingen støy fra gate om natten, godt isolert. En flott takterasse med fantastisk utsikt og basseng. Hyggelig betjening.

Estuve allí dos días por un funeral. Iba a cancelar la reserva y llame para avisar. Me atendió una tal Yolanda Martínez. Ella aparentaba no enter**** de nada pero yo creo que hasta era la dueña del hotel. Me siento estafado, el lavabo estaba atascado desde el primer día, el aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba y el frigorífico de la habitación no enfriaba. Un desastre. Error mio fue pagar al entrar al hotel porque no me quisieron abonar nada por la mala estancia que tuve. Tanto el servicio al cliente cómo las instalaciones pésimas. No voy a volver y recomiendo que no vaya nadie.

Great location close to the tram which makes it convenient for exploring. I visited El Campello, Benidorm and Alicante. It is a walk away from two small chocolate museums and the museum of Villajoysa. The hotel was very clean, the bed comfortable but I didn’t like the pillows. As it’s marketed as a hotel I would have appreciated coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Overall I was comfortable
