Tjr un plaisir de venir ici a l'hostal de la trucha!!
Perdu au millieu de l Aragon, sur la "Silent Route" c est un havre de paix.
La bâtisse est splendide et refaite avec goût et finesse. Les chambres sont agréables et spacieuses. La vue sur la rivière et le parc est top!!
Pas un bruit, mais plein d animaux si vous êtes attentif....
Je ne pourrais jamais le répéter assez mais c est un endroit magique et formidable!!!
Chaque fois c est pareil je réserve 2 nuits et je reste 3 ou 4 voir 5 nuits sur place car je m'y sent comme a la maison et ça ça n'a pas de prix!!!

La experiencia ha sido estupenda, el entorno, la tranquilidad, la atención de los empleados y la comida excepcionales. Se puede decir que el hotel y el paisaje donde se encuentra es un auténtico remanso de paz y tranquilidad. La cocina es otro aspecto a destacar, casera y de mucha calidad.

El hotel completamente reformado y situado en un sitio idílico por su enclave y tranquilidad. Aunque nos dieron una habitación con vistas a una escalera Amabilidad del personal pero el servicio de restauración pésimo. Cenamos en el turno de las 20.30 y acabamos a las 22.30,a pesar de haber solo 5 mesas para atender. Varios platos del menu no estaban y el cambio ofrecido no estaba a la altura del precio que nos cobraron. El desayuno flojo para un hotel con tanta estrella Mala relación calidad-precio

Hostal la trucha está ubicado en un lugar extraordinario, rodeado de naturaleza (montañas, rio…), espacio muy amplio, decoración muy singular, servicio fantástico, silencioso y relajante, buena comida, muy recomendable. La piscina, junto al rio es ideal para refresc**** y leer un buen libro.

Lugar privilegiado para la calma, el descanso y la meditación. El personal es atento y encantador y en la entrada se indica la importante reforma que en 2022 se le realizó. Aunque la comida y cena sea algo repetitiva, es bastante aceptable...al igual que los desayunos. A mejorar que no haya nevera en la habitación (teniendo en cuenta su aislamiento del mundo) y la baja calidad del aceite empleado...que afecta negativamente a sus recetas...y a sus ensaladas...no cuadra que un aceite de oliva virgen extra en botellitas de plástico sea tan claro y de textura de un aceite de oliva refinado...cutre Recomendable: mejoren lo indicado y slguna cosa más, irán por el buen camino Suerte y ánimo.

Estamos realmente encantados!!!. Desde el primer momento hasta el último no ha faltado ni un detalle. Tanto el director como todo el personal ha estado volcado en que nuestra estancia fuera impecable. Del entorno y la calidad y confort del hotel, ya no hablamos. Hotel totalmente reformado, abierto hace menos de un año, han hecho un trabajo impresionante de restauracion de las instalaciones del antiguo hostal de la Trucha pero sin perder la esencia. Habitaciones y zonas comunes confortables. Ana en recepcion genial en su trabajo al igual que el personal de las cenas y desayunos y resto de recepcion. Todos muy amables, profesionales y atentos. Buena relacion calidad-servicio-precio en la restauracion. Entorno de postal con los Organos de Montoro y diferentes pueblos a visitar. Una experiencia para repetir. Volveremos.

El personal desde el director a los camareros y la recepcionista nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Todo muy limpio y las camas muy cómodas y sin un ruido. El entorno es espectacular y el edificio es histórico, ubicado una vieja fábrica de papel moneda.... Un sitio que tenemos guardado para repartir....
