The gym was closed the whole time, broken but never repaired even after ten days. The breakfast was the worst I’ve experienced in any hotel. It was like prison food (not exaggerating). The water in the shower was as often cold.

Desde que llegué al hotel me causó muy buena impresión , un hotel elegante, agradable y el personal de recepción y de seguridad muy amables. La habitación muy amplia cómoda y limpia me parece bueno el costo para las comodidades. El rooftop en muy buenas condiciones y buena atención del personal

Es demasiado costoso el alojamiento para como son las instalaciones y el hotel no tiene piscina , es mentiras que el desayuno es tipo buffet.
No hay aéreas de entretenimiento para niños y menos adultos.

El hotel es muy limpio y la atención es excelente, aun así el desayuno es pésimo no tienen variedad. Pedí un americano con el desayuno y me lo cobraron aparte porque no lo incluía. No tiene piscina, las habitaciones no cuentan con secador y tampoco tienen cafetera. Adicional a lo anterior me hospede en el sexto piso, donde se se escucha en el techo cómo corren las sillas del bar y la música. No lo recomiendo

Las instalaciones del hotel son confortables, sin embargo el aseo deficiente, no dejan la cantidad de toallas para el número de huespedes. El restaurante no tiene mucha variedad en el desayuno, tuvimos una pesima experiencia con una mosca en el tinto y el personal del reatautante ni se inmuto.
