I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean, quiet, fairly priced, and safe. The pool and the AC were great after a day in the heat of Villavicencio. The entire staff was cordial and helpful, especially the manager Alfredo. He went out of his way to help us and even found us a wonderful guide for a birdwatching trip. The guide he found for us, Natali, was outstanding. I confidently recommend this hotel.

Siempre será bueno, el personal, la habitación, el silencio y lo cerca de todo, con un escritorio cómodo para llegar a adelantar cosas en la noche con la conexión wifi el desayuno ESPECTACULAR… buen detalle del muchacho de recepción salir a buscar un taxi 👌🏻

El hotel es mas caro de lo que debería ser. A pesar de ser solo un 3 estrellas, no llegan ni a ese nivel.
El hotel en general esta viejo tanto en la parte física, como de los muebles. Necesita una remodelación urgente, los baños son de los años 80´s y los muebles igual. Las sabanas regulares y las toallas huelen a humedad permanentemente. Pedí cambio de toallas y las nuevas llegaron igual, entonces asumo que todas huelen asi.
El staff es amable, pero es insuficiente para que el hotel sea clasificado como un 3 estrellas.
No volvería.
Por el valor pagado, con seguridad hay mejores opciones en Villavicencio.

excelente ubicación a pocos pasos de centro comerciales , habitación pequeña, antiguo bien conservado , desayuno tipo buffet, variado , buen parqueo fuera del edificio, precio razonable , buena piscina y área húmeda.

Este hotel se quedó en el siglo pasado, todo es viejo. La ducha es la más incómoda que he usado en mucho tiempo. El desayuno es bien flojo también. Pueden mejorar mucho sin hacer un gran esfuerzo. No hay un sitio para trabajar cómodo.

La Ubicación lo mejor, las habitaciones con una vista única la piscina pequeña pero súper relajante el personal maravilloso , atentos cordiales y dispuesto en todas las necesidades el aseo de la habitación de un esmero total y el desayuno EXCELENTE

Decepcionada, se ven bonitas las fotos y los servicios que ofrecen pero me fue muy mal con la reserva; el señor fue grosero y llegué a sentir que prácticamente le estaba rogando por una reserva. Si así es la reserva no me quedaron ganas de la estadía.
