It is a good hotel, very comfortable, very quiet, its two swimming pools are very cool, the order and service are very good, the only thing is that the check-out time would be good if they would leave you at least until 2 or 3 PM, it would be a plus compared to the competition because the Very good hotel, I recommend it, the only thing is that those at the reception are well informed when calling so that they can clarify everything they offer and be clear with the information. Very pleasant stay, everything clean and organized. We need to be more attentive to the service at the pool bar, since the person in charge is not there all the time and we have to call the reception to come up. Otherwise the staff is very attentive. I have no objections to that.

The experience was pleasant, the staff was very friendly and attentive to any concerns.
Improve the safety of entering the 5th floor pool, since the steps to enter and inside it are very slippery.
I had a slip and fall the first day, luckily I had help from other guests and it didn't get any worse. The floor is very slippery and there were several comments about the same situation. It seems to me that they should take measures to prevent a major accident from happening to other guests. Thank you

They must improve:
1. The information on trivago must be the same when you arrive at the hotel, we were a couple and we had a room with a separate bed.
2. The guy at the reception was not at all empathetic with the welcome.
3. The bellman should help with the luggage even if it were not enough.
4. They gave us a room with the shower blocked and the bathroom blocked.
5. The cleaning lady opened the door without knocking.
