2 nuits à l occasion d une viste familiale, tout était très bien. Accueil agréable, chambre au calme et très propre, eau de la douche bien chaude et matelas confortable. L oreiller était trop ferme pour moi mais j en ai ai découvert un plus moelleux dans l armoire. Proximité idéale du centre ville à pieds. Je n n ai pas pris de petit-déjeuner.

Stayed here whilst travelling home from the Alps, we normally stay in Villefranche (which is a very nice town) and unfortunately the hotel we normally stay in was full so we had to stay here. Sadly this is a contender for one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The parking is in an extremely cramped underground car park and if you have a large car you will find it very difficult to park. When we arrived at reception rooms had not already been assigned to us and the receptionist took ages to check us in and give us our keys. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms are so small that you can barely move and certainly not reflective of the photos on the website. Given the price (nearly €100 a night) this was very disappointing. When we arrived for breakfast which was supposed to be available from 7am which we needed as we needed to leave for onward travel we found it was not ready and we needed to wait another 15 minutes for staff to have it prepared. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Vraiment déçue de ce séjour d'une nuit dans un hôtel mal entretenu, sale. La literie était tachée, des moisissures dans la salle de bain, le faux-plafond de la chambre était troué à certains endroits si bien qu'on pouvait voir la tuyauterie et les fils électriques.
J'avais réservé la chambre pour une amie, j'ai honte de mon choix. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel !

Net, centraal in Villefranche gelegen hotel, uitstekend voor wanneer je op doorreis bent. Kamer was stil, niet groot maar comfortabel met fijne douche en een prima bed. Op loopafstand van het centrum, de schouwburg en het station, dus iets te eten vinden lukt altijd. Voldoende betaalde parkeerruimte rondom, en van 19-9u was parkeren gratis.
