Despite some of the negative reviews, we still thought this would be a great place to stay and we were right. We loved this hotel (and we travel internationally a lot). The staff was so incredibly nice, the room was really comfortable. We had a Superior Double room and it was spacious and extremely clean. The bed and pillows were just right and lots of room in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good and had many things to choose from which all tasted delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the old Cité. The parking arrangement is also excellent. We were greeted promptly at the parking lot and the young men took our bags to our room and we had a leisurely 5-minute stroll to the hotel. We highly recommend this great hotel with welcoming and warm staff.

The hotel is located within the walls of the medieval city. It is a protected structure so it is old and very little can be done about it. I have read comments from people and their expectations, it is not a 5 star golf resort hotel, it is rustic, clean and comfortable. You would stay here for the experience. The staff were amazing and I loved the place, I hope to return.

Stayed here only 1 night and wish I had stayed longer. Great rooms and 5 star service and food, but it is the location that cemented this place in my heart. 5 star hotel right in the medieval city. There is cafe next door that is also where my wife and I had lunch. Well worth a visit and please take my advice and stay longer!

The hotel and staff are wonderful. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was a good value in my opinion. The parking for the hotel is simple and easy to get to...just do not follow Google maps to hotel, rely on the information the hotel gives you! I have a specific complaint regarding our room, #28, this room is directly above the restaurant/breakfast room and we were distracted by the late night noise from the service taking place the night before and a bit distressed by the wafting smell of burnt toast in the morning. Also, there are no electrical outlets near the bed on either side, the front desk was able to lend us an extension cord for the devices we needed to use bedside. The view from the room was great and the bed comfortable and room large.
