Very light service and facilities not very available (showers and toilets).
Very little consideration for cleanliness on the part of hotel guests.
The parking lot is full of utilities that take up several parking spaces.

The attentive and smiling staff. I didn't know that the showers and toilets were shared outside the room but not too disturbing. The hotel is very well located not far from supermarkets and food outlets and a 3-minute walk from Villeneuve Loubet train station. I really liked my stay and I recommend the hotel

No hot water in the room, no heating in the room, bathroom, toilet without toilet paper, drain pipe due to sink not fixed, very poor TV network, AND insufficient internet, in conclusion to compare to other formula hotels 1 this one is to be avoided.

This hotel has a good location more or less 8 minutes walking distance to the train stations. Touilets and douches could me a little cleaner. Receptionists were helpful and they let us store our luggages after check out.
