Not in a central but convenient area, with the metro 10 minutes away on foot. The rooms are basic. The service is mediocre, as is the bar service. Breakfast a little confusing but decent. Price too high for the services offered. the wi-fi worked very badly.

Very good hotel, welcoming and caring staff, well located. Very good ibis styles. Special mention for the edible cone for Nutella/jam and for the squeezed orange juice!!!! A real plus!!! Thank you ibis styles villerbanne!

Reservation made late and late arrival extremely well received in this hotel the reception agent did everything to welcome us. Clean, comfortable and quiet hotel, a bottle of water offered on arrival which was very appreciated after a somewhat long journey, thank you again

The staff is friendly. There is the possibility of late checkout, which is very nice (for €15 per person). The hotel is also well located. In this case, I take it when I have an evening at the Double Mixte. There are often free parking spaces nearby but not always.

TO FLEE ! They debit your credit card before your stay while on the phone the reception agent promises you that payment in holiday vouchers will be possible on site. Tiny room and cleanliness to be reviewed. It clearly has no place in the IBIS STYLES range! For a complaint, a problem: it's simple, there is no one. Really very disappointed with my stay.
