We arrived yesterday and are so glad we found a place so reasonable out of season! Fab for Disneyland and exploring the area ! Firstly it is so warm for the children with a heater in every room !! Brilliant!! the cabin was and smelt so clean when we arrived ! The staff friendly and professional !! Actually we saw they do a family cabin with a play room and they agreed to move us as it was more suitable for the children. Facilities look great for the summer months with a pool, restaurant, play park etc 😀 dishwasher, hob, massive fridge and freezer, nespresso machine toaster kettle. Everything you could need. For under £300 for 5 nights we were very impressed. Little pack of tea bags coffee and sugar on arrival and another pack of sponge cloths dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid. Bedding all lovely and clean, laundered. Not a speck of dirt anywhere. Next visit we will book the hot tub !! Thank you so far from the Clark family !

Hotel was clean, room was very small but we were only stopping over for one night with the 2 of us so not a problem. Heater was provided. Parking was free and found a space easily. We had dinner and drinks at the hotel which were lovely and the food was locally sourced. Football table and arcade machine were a fun touch and the theming was nice too. We had breakfast but due to covid restrictions in Nov21, there was no hot food but it was still enjoyable. Only issue was in the very early morning we had trouble opening our front door due to the damp weather and (I think) the door swelled slightly. Had to lean out the window and open it from the outside with the keycard. we saw another family struggling to get their door open too. Mentioned it to reception so hopefully this has been addressed now and no longer an issue. Would stay again due to amazing price and proximity to Disney if driving.

Breakfast is normal, there is no breakfast in Shanghai and Hong Kong, the room is too small to look like an extra bed, the facilities are very old, the air duct is bad, the door handle is not strong, the power plug is very small, the desk lamp has a lamp socket and there is a place to run the electricity. To be honest. But the service is good, go to Disney special

It was the second time that I stayed there and my first time solo. I had an issue with my room but they solved it really quick. The staff is super polite, the rooms are comfy and the breakfast has lots of selections and offers. I'm really happy with my stay here.

I feel so relief when I can check in early maybe it’s due to low season and I did not even ask. Like the welcome drink too. Need a 50 euro deposit here, many 4 star hotels don’t ask for that. And there no water in the room,nothing around, no supermarkets. You can buy food and drink in the hotel if you don’t have time. Need to open window to sleep as there’s no air con during this season I guess

I agree with one of the below reviews that the rooms are a bit tired but the breakfast is world class! :-) The ground floor of the hotel is very modern and swish, the staff at reception and breakfast, and the cleaner we said hi to, were all friendly and charming. The room had a couple of stains on the carpet, and a bit of dust on the back of the toilet door, but was comfortable, roomy, and quiet. The breakfast was , for a budget hotel, bloody marvellous. No fewer than 3 options of local artisan honey! A good quality cheeseboard. Nice bread. Fresh fruit. Cereals. Decent coffee. The hotel is only 6 minutes by train from Disney (our destination), and much better value than the Disney hotels. The shops and restaurants nearby are varied and helpful - we purchased gorgeous fresh picnic items from a nearby boulangerie to circumvent Disney's pricey offerings. The entire town seems to shut down on a Sunday though, except for a (very good) Chinese hotpot restaurant! Also, top tip, this is a lot cheaper than a Paris hotel, but only 30 minutes by (frequent) train. I'd stay here again for sure.

Fantastic and would definitely go again, however the reason for 4 instead of 5 for cleanliness was the mould spores around the window, not great! The rest of the hotel room and main hotel was spotless. Service was amazing, couldn't do enough when asking for early breakfast bag and general info. Location was fab for Disney partner hotel, however 4 not 5 as 3 other hotel drops before ours on return shuttle from the park so was ready to get off by the time we had gone to the other 3 first! But still managable and we saved a fortune on the Disney hotels costs. My children are lazy so extra magic hours were no great appeal with us going out of season anyway so we didn't mind staying off site. When I would say about going to Disney (meaning the park) the kids would say well we are at Disney! Haha so the fact the hotel was off site made no difference to them, the music in he hotel. The amazing colours and lights and sounds of the moving pictures in the bar made it all so magical. We can't wait to return!!

Location provides free shuttle service to Disneyland but make sure to arrive earlier for the shuttle. The shuttle returns to hotel from Disneyland as well so it's convenient to travel back and forth. We stayed facing the lake so there were ducks in there in the morning and evenings, so look out for them (and hear their quacks) if you're staying there.
