Splendid hotel with very efficient and helpful staff. Just a pity that the swimming pool was not ready for this time of the year, a bit of an unpleasant surprise.

En general, bastante bien. Nos dieron una habitación muy sencilla. Si queríamos optar por otra, con vistas, teníamos que abonar un suplemento. Me parece bastante cara la plaza de garaje. Debe ser normal en todos los Paradores. Mención aparte merece una de sus empleadas: Guadalupe. Nos trató fenomenal. Todo un ejemplo de profesional. Bien situado. Cerca de la plaza Mayor. La cama muy pequeña para ser matrimonial.

Edificio interesante pero ruidoso; el acceso está muy mal indicado y la salida de Guadalupe aun peor. Fue una autentica pesadilla salir de allí con el vehículo. Y hay que pagar por dejar el coche en el aparcamiento, un precio que me pareció abusivo

Um hotel muito agradável , funcionários atenciosos , tem estacionamento próprio , a pagar mas vale a pena . Deixar o carro e fazer tudo a pé . O hotel fica praticamente ao lado da igreja e do monastério real e ao chegar já pode verificar os horários de visita ao monastério . O acesso ao hotel com o carro foi tranquilo mas se programa ir em final de semana e bom verificar se não fecha as ruas de acesso ao hotel , para não atrapalhar a chegada , pois o hotel está ao lado do centrinho do centro histórico . Quem já utiliza a rede dos paradores , o parador de Guadalupe tem um bom atendimento , café da manhã , opções de jantar de acordo com a rede .

El trato del personal excelente pero el parador necesita una reforma completa, al menos en las habitaciones estándar y zonas comunes. El mobiliario es muy antiguo y poco practico, en algún caso deteriorado, aislamiento escaso en las habitaciones, amenitis de tipo granel algo poco habitual en hoteles de este coste. El césped de los jardines sin cuidar. En este aspecto es muy mejorable la estancia.

Muy buen estado las instalaciones y el servicio de los empleados era acorde a la categoria del establecimiento. Habiracion completa y cama muy comodas con buenas vistas. El bufet del desayuno fue caro (22€/pax) y no se justificaba lo que ofrecía.

Dies Lage dieses Paradors ist sensationell, direkt neben dem Kloster. Wunderschönes altes Haus mit erstklassigem Service - eine richtige Ruheoase. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig, Parkplätze direkt beim Parador vorhanden. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.
