Lollo Residence - Lollo Luxury

We stayed for a night at the hotel and got everything for this price. Great location, clean cozy room (but only with low ceilings at an angle :) be careful). The only thing to note is the lack of kitchen utensils, but there was a hob.

Stay away - what you see isn't what you get!! Terrible stay. The host property listed the room as having air conditioning. That was a complete lie. It was 80+ degrees outside and the room was a sauna. Furthermore, when I messaged the hotel, they didn't respond. Adding insult to injury, I called the property twice, and they just picked up and hung up. What you see in the pictures isn't what you get.

Communication Communication was the only issue. Fresh towels, bedding and toilet paper were desperately needed, but took 48 hrs and repeated calls and emails to secure! Despite this the location was fantastic and the room was clean and tidy! Wouldn’t hurt to have coffee maker in room, luckily an excellent bakery is two minutes walk!

Basic Aparthotel with poor cooking utensils This is an okay aparthotel if you don't want to cook. I booked the deluxe apartment. I wouldn't describe it as deluxe, however I didn't pay a deluxe price and the pictures on the website are accurate. The positives:- - The area and hotel are quiet and safe. - It is close to the old city. - The room was clean - It has air conditioning and once I'd worked out how to use this, it was warm. - It has a bathroom with a bath. - It has a full sized fridge, induction cooker, microwave and kettle. - It had a nice "feel" to it. Not so positives:- - When I arrived there were no pans in the kitchen that worked with the induction cooker. When I rang and asked for some, the person appeared to be surprised that I wanted to cook and agreed to look for some. They said they would put them on the window sill outside my room, which they did. Only 1 small pan worked on the induction stove. This caused me a lot of inconvenience as I had to use 1 pan for everything. - The only kitchen knife was blunt - Although the place in general was clean, some of the kitchen utensils were not. - The apartment is dark - The apartment was cramped. This wasn't a problem as I was a solo traveller, however I think 2 people would find this a problem, especially as there is only 1 chair. - There is a very steep set of stairs to get up to the apartment. - There is no table and chairs. Worth considering if you don't want to cook.
