Old Town Trio Apartments

On first impression, the place appeared very nice and presentable. Soft and comfortable bed, modern bathroom, aesthetic room and even a mirror on the ceiling. Downside: Electricity down for a few hours, hairdryer not working, frayed towels, weird smell in room, a satchet of body wash for one shower, slanted broken bathroom shelf where anything on it slides off into the sink, wifi not working, had to use data instead, power plug really slow for charge, a bit of noise from surrounding apartments. A budget apartment that is well located, but has quite a few quirks.

T he room itself is beautiful and very comfy ,though the building does not look attractive from outside. I talked with 3 receptionists for different occasions and one of them was unfriendly and gave a poor impression but others restored it. The shampoo and soup are all individually packed small ones,which was a little unfortunate. It would have been nice to have tea or sugar in the room as well. There is no microwave in the kitchen, this would have been also nice. Overall it was a good place for a short stay.

The location is great, you can find a lot of caffès, restaurants nearby.

Lack of elevator, which was not stipulated in the trip.com. If I had known the situation, I would not have reserved this premises. The hotel reception told me that such was mentioned in ***********, but I responded that I reserved this hotel through trip.com instead og ***********. The variety of food in breakfast buffet was disappointing. The orange juice coloured strangely. The quality of other food was below my expectations.
